Ingredients
8 raspberries
2 mint leaves
2 teaspoons lemon juice, ¼ medium lemon
2 tablespoons simple syrup
1 single shot gin
1 cup tonic water
Preparation
Muddle the raspberries, mint leaves, and lemon juice in a glass.
Add simple syrup, made from equal parts of granulated sugar and water, gin, and tonic water.
Stir together. Pour mixture through a mesh strainer.
Add ice to fill the cup with the filtered drink.
